Our handmade bag making process mainly includes the following steps:
1.Design & Cutting: Design the style and size of the handbag according to customer needs and market trends. Then, the brocade fabric is cut into the appropriate size and shape according to the design drawing.
2.Splicing and stitching: The cut brocade fabric is spliced and stitched to form the initial shape of the handbag. During the stitching process, attention needs to be paid to the uniformity and aesthetics of the stitches.
3.Detailing: Handle the edges, zippers, buttons and other details of the handbag to ensure the appearance and quality of the handbag. For example, hemming the edges to increase the durability of the pouch.
4.Add decorative elements: According to the design requirements, add embroidery, tassels, beads or other decorative elements to the pouch to enhance the visual effect of the pouch.
5.Quality inspection of the finished product: A comprehensive quality inspection of the finished handbag is carried out to ensure that every detail meets the requirements. Check whether the stitches are neat, whether the decorative elements are firm, whether the zipper is smooth, etc.
